At ppg we understand that for most people beginning a journey of self-improvement through personal training is a daunting prospect. This introductory trial lets you dip your toes into our world and see if you like it.

For a full month you can book up to 12 PT sessions with our team of expert coaches and:

  • Start learning the foundations of effective strength and fitness training
  • See how much you enjoy the gym and our coaching style
  • Surround yourself with supportive, positive people devoted to seeing you achieve your goals
  • See if you can picture yourself continuing to get stronger, leaner, fitter and healthier under our guidance.

At the end of the trial we hope you will want to stay and sign up for one of our full cost memberships (these range from £99 to £199 per month, depending on how many PT sessions you wish to do each month), but there is no pressure or obligation to do so.

I've been training at PPG since march this year. I have always maintained a good level of fitness but struggled after some post pregnancy related problems. Q: Do I have to be fit?
A: No! You don’t have to be fit, strong or skinny to start with us you just need to have a real desire to better yourself. We guarantee you will receive the highest quality instruction and nutritional support.

Q: What happens after I sign up?
A: Shortly after you have filled out the contact form we will be in touch to book you in for your assessment. This can be worked around your work schedule and or family commitments. Your 30 day trial doesn’t begin until the date of your first coaching session.

Q: What if i’ve got aches/pains/injuries/illness?
A: No problem, our programs are designed for YOU. We are experts in finding a way to get results and that often means training around existing conditions. Sometimes it takes a bit of research from our coaches but we pride ourselves on our ability to find a way!

Q: What times are available for my coaching sessions?
A: Coaching slots are available from 6am to 12pm and 4pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 3pm on Saturday.

Q: What happens after my 30 Day Trial?
A: It’s up to you! If you would like to carry on training with us we will discuss the various membership options and decide what would work best for you, our memberships range from £99-£199 per month depending on how many sessions you would like.  If not, no problem you can walk away with no hard feelings.

Q: What if I sign up then change my mind?
A: You get your money back. No questions or hassle.
